App not working?
We're really sorry you're experiencing issues with your Olio app. There are hundreds of different reasons an app may have errors but stick with us. Have a look at the issue you're experiencing to find any suggestions.

2. Bugs
If your app is functioning slowly, freezing or malfunctioning, please try to clear your cache (within My Account in the β‘ menu), or reinstall the app.
π² In-app bugs
π App crashing/ functioning slowly.
We have 2 confirmed issues:
- If you are a Samsung user and your operating system is Android 13, then you will have Grammarly keyboard installed by default and this might cause you issues when typing.
- We advise you to turn off Grammarly by following this guide:

- App crashes due to uploading a photo while adding a listing.

π Messages & Conversations
Status: Investigating π
- Messages can change from "read" to "unread" unexpectedly.
- Conversations are not always shown in the expected order (most recent).
π Notifications

- For some iPhone users, notifications will not make a sound.
- Receiving a notification but the listing doesn't show.
- You will need to change your search settings to show the appropriate distance & the newest first
π Collection bugs
π Copy function may sometimes fail

- When copying a listing the second item is not visible
π Pausing collection slots does not work properly

3. What should I do if I think I find a bug?
1οΈβ£ Check that you have the very latest version of the app
2οΈβ£ Clear your cache (via My Account in the β‘ menu).
π±To check you have the latest version, visit the App Store or Google Play and find the Olio app. You can also find out what version you're on by tapping the β° three horizontal lines at the top of the app and going to the 'Account' section. Please note: Android releases are available immediately, whereas iOS updates can take several days before they become available.
