App not working?
We're really sorry you're experiencing issues with your Olio app. There are hundreds of different reasons an app may have errors but stick with us. Have a look at the issue you're experiencing to find any suggestions.

Latest app version - v2.130.27
2. Bugs
If your app is functioning slowly, freezing or malfunctioning, please try to clear your cache (within My Account in the β‘ menu), or reinstall the app.
π² In-app bugs
π Magic Link option is not working for some users when they try to log in
- Workaround: use the 'Forgot password' functionality to set a new password and then login that way

π Uploading photos on the forum
- For some iPhone users, live photos upload may not work
- Workaround: please try using a low resolution photo or cropping the image

π Listings being unlisted
- For some users, when they try to publish a listing the app does not allow it and they have to relist it several times for it to work.

π Collection bugs
π Some volunteers cannot claim ad-hoc collection slots
- When trying to claim an ad-hoc collections slot some volunteers are receiving a message saying that the slot has been already claimed but it's still showing as unassigned in the Volunteer Hub.

3. What should I do if I think I find a bug?
1οΈβ£ Check that you have the very latest version of the app
2οΈβ£ Clear your cache (via My Account in the β‘ menu).
π±To check you have the latest version, visit the App Store or Google Play and find the Olio app. You can also find out what version you're on by tapping the β° three horizontal lines at the top of the app and going to the 'Account' section. Please note: Android releases are available immediately, whereas iOS updates can take several days before they become available.
