App not working?
We're really sorry you're experiencing issues with your Olio app. There are hundreds of different reasons an app may have errors but stick with us. Have a look at the issue you're experiencing to find any suggestions.

Olio systems are constantly monitored and any issues will be reported here. If you are having trouble with your app, please see below.

2. Bugs
If your app is functioning slowly, freezing or malfunctioning, please try to clear your cache (within My Account in the โก menu), or reinstall the app.

- Workaround: use the 'Forgot password' functionality to set a new password and then login that way

3. What should I do if I think I find a bug?
1๏ธโฃ Check that you have the very latest version of the app
2๏ธโฃ Clear your cache (via My Account in the โก menu).
๐ฑTo check you have the latest version, visit the App Store or Google Play and find the Olio app. You can also find out what version you're on by tapping the โฐ three horizontal lines at the top of the app and going to the 'Account' section. Please note: Android releases are available immediately, whereas iOS updates can take several days before they become available.
