🔧 Troubleshooting Tips
If your app is running slowly, freezing, or behaving strangely, try the following steps:
1️⃣ Check you’re using the latest version
Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for Olio.
You can also check your current version by opening the app, tapping the ☰ menu, and going to account.
2️⃣ Clear your cache
On iPhone:
Open your Settings.
Scroll down and tap Olio.
Look for Clear cache and toggle it off/on if available.
On Android:
Open Settings > Storage > Internal Storage > Cached Data.
Tap OK when prompted to clear cached data.
Or, within the Olio app:
Tap the menu (☰) in the top right
Go to Account
Scroll down to ‘Clear cached data’
