App not working?

We're really sorry you're experiencing issues with your Olio app. There are hundreds of different reasons an app may have errors but stick with us. Have a look at the issue you're experiencing to find any suggestions.

If your app is functioning slowly, freezing or malfunctioning, please try to clear your cache (within My Account in the ≡  menu), or reinstall the app. 

📲 In-app bugs

🐛  Magic Link option is not working for some users when they try to log in

• Workaround: use the 'Forgot password' functionality to set a new password and then login that way

🛒 Collection bugs

🐛 Some volunteers are experiencing issues when trying to claim 'Unlimited' slots

3. What should I do if I think I find a bug? 

1️⃣  Check that you have the very latest version of the app 

2️⃣  Clear your cache (via My Account in the ≡ menu).

📱To check you have the latest version, visit the App Store or Google Play and find the Olio app. You can also find out what version you're on by tapping the  ☰ three horizontal lines at the top of the app and going to the 'Account' section. Please note: Android releases are available immediately, whereas iOS updates can take several days before they become available.
