What should I do if the earliest appointment for an phone call is after my first collection?

Food Waste Heroes are not required to book a mandatory phone call with an Olio representative for all but a few stores (namely pilots and airport collections). 

However, if you have any concerns or questions, please do not proceed with your first collection. Instead, please book your optional induction call using the link in the phone induction module, and skip your collection slot until after you've had your induction call.
