Tesco: chill bags collections

My local Tesco doesn’t allow me to collect chilled items without a chill box. What should I do?

You do not need a chill box to collect chilled items.

Please remember, that if your collection is in the morning then you should expect ambient products only (i.e bakery items and whole fruit and veg)

However, if your collection is in the afternoon or evening you should generally expect a mix of ambient and chilled items, depending on that day's surplus.

If the staff refuses to give you chilled items because you don’t have a cooler box, please report this to us  via a FWH Issue Report by tapping 'Report an issue' button in My Collection Slots on the Volunteer Hub. 👍
