Automated phone call
We’re on a mission to save as much food as possible from going to waste, so we’re using a new (and easier) way for store staff to let us know if there’s food to rescue 🎉.
Starting from 29th April, we will trigger a phone call to participating stores 60 minutes before every scheduled collection. Store staff will use the phone keypad to confirm if there’s surplus food to collect and the response will be shared in the Squad chat.
🚨We kindly ask that you don’t call your store to confirm your collection unless specifically instructed in your squad chat information (under "Business Details").
