Food safety - Guidelines for Catering Clients

Are you able to collect cooked food? 

Yes we are. We recruit local volunteers to minimise collection and distribution times to ensure we can distribute cooked food in a safe way. If the cooked food is hot, it needs to be kept above 63°C and redistributed within 1.5 hours of collection, or chilled until redistributed. If the cooked food donated is chilled, this needs to be kept below 5°C and redistributed within 24 hours.
