Food Waste Heroes can expect to pick up a variety of chilled food items from Sainsbury’s.
Occasionally if a charity cannot complete their collection scheduled earlier in the day, Olio will be able to collect other types of food including ambient items such as labelled bakery items.

🍞 Loose Bakery Items
Store colleagues should not donate loose bakery items. If they do, please report it to us via Issue Report Form.
🚫 Bags & Refuse Sacks
Food Waste Heroes must not accept donations in any type of refuse/sack bags. These bags are not used for food intended for donation. If you receive food in these bags, please politely decline and report it to us via Issue Report Form.
