How do stores and site colleagues report an issue to Olio?

Sometimes store and site colleagues need to raise an issue directly with Olio. This FAQ covers how to get in touch with the Olio team.

🙋 For site/store colleagues

📝Partners Issue Report Form

The Issue Report Form is the fastest way for stores to tell us about a problem, such as a change of closing times, a technical issue, or an issue with a volunteer.

This Issue Report Form can be found in two places: on your Olio Collect page, and on the Partner Hub dashboard.

Please note: Some businesses might use a different route. See the breakdown below for how each business should report.

🙋 For Food Waste Heroes: what to tell a store

If a store asks how to reach Olio, find their business in the table above and share the route listed for them.

If you can't see their business in the table, point them to the Partners Issue Report Form.

❓For stores: no access to Olio Collect or the Partner Hub?

Please raise your issue through the Partners Issue Report Form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

‼️Why do we need the site/store to report an incident?

We know it can be frustrating when you see something go wrong at a store and want to help put it right.

However, when an issue happens between a store and a FWH, we need to hear it from the store directly rather than through someone else.

Reports passed on second-hand don't give us the full picture, can be open to malicious reporting, and acting on them wouldn't be fair to everyone involved.

Reporting directly is also part of our agreement with partners. That's why the best way you can help is to show the store how to get in touch, using the routes above.
