🔧 Troubleshooting Tips
If your app is running slowly, freezing, or behaving strangely, try the following steps:
1️⃣ Check you’re using the latest version
- Go to the App Store or Google Play and search for Olio.
- You can also check your current version by opening the app, tapping the ☰ menu, and going to Account.
2️⃣ Clear your cache
On iPhone:
- Open your Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Olio.
- Look for Clear cache and toggle it off/on if available.
On Android:
- Open Settings > Storage > Internal Storage > Cached Data.
- Tap OK when prompted to clear cached data.
Or, within the Olio app:
- Tap the ☰ menu in the top right
- Go to Account
- Scroll down to ‘Clear cached data’
