Booker: charities not collecting on their designated days

What should I do if the branch informs me that charities are not collecting on their designated days?

Please flag this to Olio using the Food Waste Hero Issue Report Form, and if you get the opportunity, please ask the branch to flag this internally to Booker HQ. While we cannot promise that Olio is able to take over collection days that are assigned to charities, we can report this to Booker HQ and they will decide the next steps. If Olio does get allocated these collection days, we will add them to the system and these collections will be offered on a first come first serve basis on the Volunteer Hub.
