What is the reminder phone call before store collections?

Stores get a phone call 60 mins before a scheduled pickup to confirm surplus. Only staff confirm via keypad.

📣 We have a few features enabled to make it easier for store staff to let us know if there’s food to rescue.

📞 Our reminder call feature triggers a phone call to locations where it’s enabled, 60 minutes before every scheduled collection. Store staff confirm via the phone keypad whether there’s surplus food - and the response is shared straight to the Squad chat.

🚨 We kindly ask that you don’t call your store to confirm your collection unless specifically instructed in your Squad chat info (under “Store Details”).
