There are often many moving parts on a production site, please read the following details:
Food confirmation
Before each collection, the production team should confirm through the squad chat if there is food or not to collect.
The team may share extra information with you, including a W3W so you can find the exact collection point easily - keep an eye out for this!
If the team do not confirm, you should have access to a phone number to call ahead of your collection.
On some occasions you may be asked to join a WhatsApp group. 🙏 WhatsApp groups are for collection coordination only — please keep messages to a minimum and be respectful. You may leave the group once your collection has taken place.
