📲 Where can I buy a refurbished device?
Head to the Home screen of the Olio app to browse high-quality refurbished phones from Reboxed. All Reboxed devices are rigorously tested, so you can buy with confidence.
🔗 What happens when I click on a Reboxed® listing?
When you click on a Reboxed listing in the Olio app, you’ll be taken outside the app to the Reboxed website in your browser.
This is completely normal. But once you leave the Olio app, you’re interacting directly with Reboxed, not Olio. We’ve partnered with them because we trust what they do, but any purchases, trade-ins, or support will be handled by Reboxed.

Before trading in or giving away your phone:
Back up your data.
Log out of accounts.
Remove your SIM and memory cards.
Reset to factory settings.
