What information about my charity do you share with other Olio users?
When your account is created, only your first name is visible to other Olio'ers. This will appear:
In the squad chat (so other charities and Food Waste Heroes know who collects from the store)
In your profile (so other Olio'ers know who they're speaking to if you ever request one of their listings)
Your charity name is not visible to Olio users. However, store colleagues do see it when they view their schedule, so they know which charity or Food Waste Hero is collecting each day.

How do I update my display name?
You can update your name at any time in your account settings.
We recommend keeping your first name so you’re easily identifiable or changing it to your charity name. You’re also free to use a more anonymous name (such as an initial) if you’d rather keep a lower profile.
From the app home-screen:
1. Click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner
2. Scroll down to "my account"
3. Edit your name and click "save"
