🕒 Why don't you penalise Food Waste Heroes for claiming lots of slots?
There's a limit in place: Food Waste Heroes can hold a maximum of 3 collections on any given date. Within that limit, slots are claimed on a first come, first served basis, so any volunteer is welcome to book what's available.

We only look into this further if there's evidence of genuine misuse or abuse of the system. If you have a specific concern along those lines, submit an Issue Report Form via the Volunteer Hub and we'll take a look.
In the meantime, turning on your notifications is the best way to catch a slot the moment one opens up.
