Trouble arranging cover

The 'skip' or 'pause' button is greyed out. How do I arrange for cover?

Please first read our page on How to arrange for cover to ensure that you are following all the steps to arranging proper coverage and ensuring that food does not go to waste.

There may be some instances where the option to press 'skip' or 'pause' is not available because the button is greyed out. This could be because you have already paused collections at this store, or because you've already set your final collection date. 

If this is the case, please ask your squad if someone is kindly able to cover you. They must remember to list the collection against their own collection slot so that it is still recorded as being from the business.
