Collection slot not showing in the list of collections

I have an upcoming collection but it's not showing up on my app in the list of collections to list the items against it

Collection slots will only show in your app if you’re assigned to the collection - Please check you’re still assigned to the collection via the “My collections” tab of the Volunteer Hub.

If you’re assigned to the collection, then the collection slot will show on the app 10 hours before the start time. The collection will remain visible on the app until 24 hours after the start time. If the collection falls within this window, but you still can’t see the slot on the app, please raise an issue report form.

Example:

• I have a collection at 20:00 on 12th January.
• The collection will show in the app at 10:00 on the 12th January
• The collection will disappear from the app at 20:00 on the 13th January.

This allows time to add best before items the day after your collection.

Please note: If you have agreed to informally cover a collection (but haven’t claimed it via the app), then the slot will not show in your app.
