One Stop: How will I know if the store had food to collect

One Stop stores use a streamlined collection process to notify Food Waste Heroes if a collection is required or not.

Between 7:30pm - 8:00pm store staff will confirm whether they have food for you to collect via an  in-store system. Once they have confirmed, a message will be sent into your group chat to let you know if there is/isn’t any food to collect. If there is food, please proceed to the store for a collection at 8:30pm.
