"Surplus Food Confirmed" Launch T-Shirt Giveaway Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility:

1. The "Surplus Food Confirmed" Launch T-Shirt Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to all Olio users who complete an "Surplus Food Confirmed" Food Waste Heroes collection (a “Qualifying Collection”) during the Giveaway  period.

2. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

2. Giveaway Period:

1. The Giveaway begins on 26 February 2024 at 12:00 AM GMT and shall last until 100 different users have successfully completed a Qualifying Collection. 

3. How to Participate:

1. To enter the Giveaway, users must complete a Qualifying Collection during the Giveaway Period.

2. The first 100 users who successfully complete a Qualifying Collection will be eligible to receive a free Olio T-Shirt.

4. Prize:

1. The prize consists of an Olio T-Shirt.

2. The T-shirt design and size are subject to availability and will be determined by the organisers.

5. Notification:

1. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Olio account.

2. Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

6. Prize Distribution:

1. The T-shirts will be shipped to the winners' provided addresses within 60 days of confirming their eligibility.

7. General Terms:

1. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or tamper with the entry process.

3. The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice.

4. The organisers' decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Giveaway.
