Terms and Conditions for Boots and Tesco Incentive


Terms and Conditions: 


  1. Eligibility:

  1. The "Incentive for Boots and Tesco stores (the "Giveaway")" is open to all Olio users who cover 6+ Food Waste Hero collection at each of the respective businesses during the Giveaway  period.

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

  1. Giveaway Period

  1. The Giveaway begins on 8th May 2024 at 12:00 AM GMT and shall last until 5th June 2024 at 23:55 AM GMT.

  1. How to Participate:

  1. To enter the Giveaway, users must cover 6 collections at a participating Boots or Tesco stores during the Giveaway Period.
  2. Food Waste Heroes who successfully cover 6+ collections will receive Olio supporter status for one month and added to a prize draw to receive a £30 gift voucher. 
  3. A full list of all participating Boots stores can be found here and all Tesco stores here.

  1. Prize: 

  1. The prize consists of Olio supporter status for 1 month 
  2. Participants who cover 6+ collections at either Boots or Tesco stores will be automatically entered into a raffle for a chance to win a £30 gift voucher 
  3. 6 winners will be randomly selected from the pool for eligible Food Waste Heroes (3 per business) and awarded with a gift voucher.

  1. Notification:

  1. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Olio account.
  2. Winners must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

  1. General Terms:

  1. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. The organisers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions or tamper with the entry process.
  3. The organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice.
  4. The organisers' decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Giveaway.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
