You can unsubscribe from Olio's marketing emails at any time. A few emails are essential to using the app, so those can't be switched off, but everything else is yours to control.
📧 How to unsubscribe from marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the very bottom. Open the email, scroll to the bottom, and tap unsubscribe. If you can, tell us why you're unsubscribing so we can make our newsletters a better read.
✂️ Can't see the unsubscribe link?
Sometimes your email app shortens the message and hides the link. To find it:
Scroll to the bottom of the email and tap "view entire message".
This opens the full email. Scroll to the bottom and tap unsubscribe.
🔒 Emails you can't unsubscribe from
Some emails are essential to using Olio, so there's no way to switch these off:
Magic login links
Password reset emails
Unread message alerts
Content changed or deleted emails
Suspension or deleted account notices
You can adjust unread message alerts in the app's notification settings.
