✅ To start collecting from a business
Log into the Volunteer Hub with your Olio app details, or with Single Sign-On (Google, Apple, or Microsoft) if that's how you originally signed up.
Go to Available Collection Slots.
Tap View Details, then scroll to claim this collection slot.
❌ To stop collecting
Log into the Volunteer Hub.
Go to My Collection Slots.
Tap More info → scroll to unassign me.
You can also choose to Skip or Swap a slot if you just can’t do a single collection.

🔗 Can I use Single Sign-On (Google, Apple, or Microsoft) to log into the Volunteer Hub?
Yes, the Volunteer Hub uses the same login as the Olio app. If you signed up to Olio using Single Sign-On, use the same Google, Apple, or Microsoft account to log into the Volunteer Hub, you don't need a separate password.
Where can I find details about my collection?
Collection instructions can be found under your collection slot in the Volunteer Hub or your confirmation email when claiming the slot. Alternatively, please ask your Squad or Squad Captain for more information.
